The installation and landscaping went smoothly. The backyard was absolutely perfect when they were done. About two years later, we had a problem with the line from the pool to the pump. Simply Pools stood by their product and didn't stop coming back until the problem was solved. Amazing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I'd highly recommend them for any job big or small.

I have nothing to say but great things about Simply pools in Milton. All the guys from the excavators, to Joe and his guys, to Chris and his guys were all professional, hardworking and could always spare a minute to answer any questions. And special mention to Aprile who was always a text or phone call away if we needed anything. We are so pleased with how our backyard turned out and can't wait to enjoy our new oasis in the summers to come.
This company defines value. Fantastic product with a great price. All delivered by an expert crew that acts like they are building their own personal pool. Fast, clean and perfect. This is our third pool and is by far the best. It looks amazing and is beyond our expectations. Working with Vince to secure a great project contract, Joe who the best project director ever and Chris and crew who made the project the envy of all of my neighbours. On site less than 5 days and now the kids are enjoying the pool! Thanks Aprile for making all happen and for managing me as probably your most challenging client! If I move again you are the first call I’ll make for our next pool.
We had our front porch and walkway done by Chris and his crew from Simply Pools and we’re very happy with the work. They showed up when they said they would and the work was completed on time. The price was fair and the quality of work was really good. I would recommend simply pools and would use them again!
