It was our first time shopping at Shanai Bangles and we had an amazing experience! Ghazala Aunty (I hope I remember her name correctly) had amazing customer service. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped my sister and I find exactly what we were looking for. They had a huge variety of items to choose from and at very affordable prices. After finding out it was our first time shopping there, Ghazala Aunty allowed us to choose any earrings we wanted from a certain section and gave them to us for free! She also offered us chocolate before we left. Overall we left very happy and satisfied with our purchase and overall customer service! Highly reccomend everyone to shop there!

I have been shopping at Shanai for a few years now and they are my go-to for all things jewellery. I recently got married and got all my wedding jewellery here. They were able to work with my budget and customize things to what I wanted. They made excellent suggestions and were able to have the jewellery customized and ready for me when I was trying to throw together my last minute COVID wedding. Their prices are always reasonable and quality is excellent. Cannot say enough good things. Highly recommend checking their store out!
