Could not say better things about this experience. From organizing the pony to come to our yard to the actual experience, everything was professional, easy, and a pleasure to work with. The pony was beautiful and gentle, and we made the best memories!

Ponies R Us provided stellar customer service, a rarity in today's wedding industry. I'd like to genuinely reach out and thank Ashleigh and Dave for their compassion and understanding. They truly went above and beyond, it is heartwarming to know that there is still good humanity with integrity and business ethics. Many other vendors and businesses have been selfish and greedy, even more so during COVID-19. Ponies R Us can be trusted to deliver as they are honest and professional. They are easy and direct to deal with, their communication is quick and are accommodating. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family as well as all couples in the future as you'll be in good hands!
Great experience!!! Kids loved it obviously and the pony looked amazing more than I expected for sure and ponies r us was extremely accommodating and kind, unfortunately for me we will probably need a pony every year until the kids are too big! Cannot wait to have them again next year
