I had the pleasure of working with Sandra a few months ago and was impressed at her extensive knowledge and expertise. She assisted with quotes from the insurance company to ensure that the items were covered as it can be very expensive, she was extremely patient and helpful in finding a mask that fitted well. The follow up care was exceptional as well. There was daily communication and she was available at all times to answer my questions and concerns. Thank you Sandra and the team at Ontario Sleep Care!
I've had positive experience every time I've had an interaction with anyone at OSC. Mai was knowledgable and assisted me with my CPAP trial, mask fit and eventual purchase. This was a little over 3 years ago. Recently, I've run into the wear of my machine and was in need of urgent assistance. Magda was able to reach out to me and did everything in their power to ensure I was assisted. There was no interaction needed with the vendor, simply waiting on a follow up from OSC. Today, I have received a call from Sandra and was surprised that after one business day, I was able to hear the positive news. I was provided a timely appointment (within 30 mins) and received a CPAP machine to use in the meantime, while I await my new device and have provided my old machine. Even with our quick interaction, Sandra was knowledgable and was able to provide a good recommendation. My CPAP settings were adjusted accordingly prior to arriving at OSC. I thank you all and appreciate the care at OSC!
I am a client from out the town of Milton that did not buy the machine from this place, but I found them very helpful to call my insurance to find out my eligibility for my CPAP supplies, I tried various masks for free until I found the perfect size and fit, They are always willing to give me help and advice even when I did not purchase the original CPAP from them. Sandra and the team is very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of CPAP therapy.
Would like to thank the staff especially Sandra at Ontario Sleep Med for taking time to explain to my dad and making sure he had the proper mask. She helped him set up the CPAP and walked him thru the process on how to file his insurance claim. Very helpful, even did some follow up with him on his mask and answered all is questions.
