As you can see, a pathetic state of affairs. Building is dilapidated and the VIP parking area looks like a detention facility. Cleary public funds are used to pay for government salaries and not towards the public facility.

Who likes going the court any ways? Staff wasn't completely helpful signage very confusing don't know where anything is can't find anything get different answers from different people depending on who you ask it's a difficult Court. Parking is far away and often full, thankfully my own lawyer who came from Burlington was very helpful the mediator was helpful and our issues were resolved quick and easy in a timely manner. The judge was great and reasonable couldn't have gone better for me.

Family court for paperwork filing not open until 2 p.m. during covid, no notices in automated system or online. At least they're pleasant about it though.

The ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever seen. When I actually take the time to write a review, it is REALLY AWFUL. I can’t remember the last time I wrote a bad review. When you arrive, you have to track down getting a number to get in line. There is no signage. You have to interrupt someone working at a window to ask about a number which is handed out from behind the window. Then, when you request forms, rather then having someone hand you the forms to fill out while you wait, you have to wait for your number to be called just to get a form. Then, to give the forms back once completed, you have to take a 2nd number and wait again. In addition to which, even though I called in advance and told them exactly what I needed, they did not provide me with accurate or complete information. And I only found this out after much waiting. I would have skipped the trip and just done a mail-in option to Thunder Bay which I had found out about earlier the same day and which I ended up doing after the total fiasco at the courthouse. In total, I wasted over three hours of my life. :(
