This McDonald's has always treated me with friendly and fast service. The food is what you expect from a McDonald's and has days where it is better. Overall a fantastic location for the chain.

For years I have only good experiences from this location. Unfortunately two times this month I got this unstable tray from drive-thru. The tray is “ Not approved for use without a bag”. My coffee spilled all over the chair and even burn my hand when I tried to secure the tray. This morning I was given this tray again so it’s time to get manager’s attention. Please make sure the safe practice of your store.
What a lovely experience I had having to get home and drive back because some how someone is incompetent in your procedures and does not know how to make a big mac. How do you skip everything (even the patty) on the first layer?Let alone the extra cheese I paid for was to much instruction to put onmy replacement big mac as well what a joke this location is.
Blonde lady at the drive-thru is extremely rude and pretends to not hear my order. I repeat my order a couple of times to make sure she knows what I'd like to eat; only to find out the food I ordered is burnt and the coffee is a hit or miss. Mistakes happen in the kitchen, but you have all the power in the customer service department. Will make the extra 5 min drive to the Derry/Santa Maria location.
This is the Milton location of McDonald's located directly south from the highway across from the Maplehurst Correctional Facility! I wonder who has served more people this specific location of the McDonald's chain, or the correctional facility? That's some good food for thought! It's a very well lit and beautiful looking location and they've been around for decades I've never gotten to eat there till it was just released by the way I'm innocent LOL but this was surely a great location and they were very attentive to my needs during this difficult 2020 and so be sure if you're ever in Milton and you want to play Monopoly McDonald's by the way Monopoly was invented by Milton Bradley so do not pass the GO station or forget 200 because it doesn't cost that much to go to McDonald's but you want to make sure you're just visiting and not going to jail when you come to the Milton McDonald's!
