Very, disappointed. My car went in to Assured Collision Repair for some body work and I was told the battery needed to be replaced, Kal Tire was next door and they would give me a 'good price'. When I get my car back the radio, clock and front passenger power window was not working. When I asked I was told I would have to have a diagnostic test done at my own expense. Not impressed.

Kal Tire Price match Policy.. Went to Milton Location and talked to front desk. Answer Received was: This is way below Kal Price cost so they cannot Price match it. I have confirmed with Front desk by getting his initial with above answer. I have even uploaded the Photo here. sent an email to Customer Service: Lady was really nice and replied back instantly and agreed this is mistake from Milton location & I can place an order with her. And when about to place an order she found that was her error side too. Price match is only applicable when I install tire with Kal Tire where I really don't need installation service. All I wanted was tires. Seems like both front desk and Customer Service needs training before they say anything to customer. Not happy at all and went back to Canadian Tire where I can only buy Tires in good price.
Best experience. Brought my model 3 here for the winter tire swap. Their website was super simple and quick to book an appointment and I was surprised they had time slots available a week out. Service was on time, fast and the staff was friendly and clean. They also took all the necessary precautions due to covid - no wonder they are highly recommended on the Tesla forums! Keep it up
Had a flat tire and needed a walk-in appointment. This was accommodated. The person I dealt with was very friendly, called me, as promised and the time it took to fix the tire was very convenient. Thank you very much for an excellent service!
Highly recommend Kal Tire. Their staff are courteous, knowledgeable and highly experienced. Nathan was especially helpful in educating me on the actual condition of my vehicle. Also followed Covid-19 protocol. I will certainly be using their services in the near future .
