Effective January 1, 2021 the Ontario Government has REDUCED the ONTARIO ELECTRICITY REBATE to 21.2% from 33.2% Therefore our electricity bill would be 12% more and that is not including the increased rates per kWh. I know we are also on a pandemic rate as well. But you know that is going to end very soon. Don't get me started on the constantly ever increasing water meter service charges.

Last month 290 bill for a 1000 sq ft. home, this month is higher than my last (eye-roll), was told that we have had a blessed summer with amazing weather and I need to understand that when the AC is used my bill will be significantly higher, I asked her to refer to the last three years bills which there are only slight differences in usage, however, my bill significantly increased she had no answer when I asked her to compare my bills and the usage to which was almost identical for the last three years, her sarcastic rude tone was silent. How about Milton Hydro give the Milton residents honest rates rather than financially ripping us off, or at the least invest the robbed from us Milton residents and invest in some better customer service. I urge anyone from Milton Hydro to call me

Unbelievable that these people decided to increase rates during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC!!!! Management at Milton Hydro should be ashamed of themselves!!
Utility service goes down more often than expected. On Dec 27, 2018 our power went out for almost 2 hours and it was -10 outside! That being said their smart billing is informative and helps with identifying where to reduce consumption to save money.
