Staff were very friendly and efficient. They made the process very easy and explained all steps they were taking to assure me. They checked back regularly throughout the process and made me very welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend their services.

The staff were curt and short . My appointment was rushed. After having a life of allergy suffering was basically told I don't have allergy and didn't react to anything. No explanation nothing. The nurse who did my test just dabbed with the samples then wiped. Definitely asking for another referral For an experienced clinic.

I'm new to the clinic and have been a life-long allergy sufferer. I recently asked my family doctor for a referral to a specialist as I got tired of taking OTC / prescription meds to alleviate my systems. When I met Dr Hazar Kobayya @ the Dandelion Allergy Centre, I found her to be very professional and efficient. After getting the initial battery of questionnaires and then the skin test, she presented my options and explained each in detail, so I could make an informed decision. Dr Kobayya is very knowledgeable and personable in her manner. The office staff were very efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with, especially Rima! She makes the process of getting the allergy shots effortless & smooth. I look forward to working with this team of professionals, in my quest to be allergy free!

I visited to have an allergy test done for my sister. The nurse, Rima, was quick to attend to us and explained thoroughly the procedure prior to beginning. Dr. Kobayaa explained the allergies my sister had, clarified her doubts and made sure all our needs were met during our visit. Overall, we had an efficient and ideal experience at the Dandelion Allergy Centre. I highly recommend visiting them!

My 2 year old had a 1:55 appointment. We arrived at 1:40 but still had to wait until 2:30 to get in a room. At that point they did the scratch test on his backand told us it would be 20 minutes to see the doctor and he needed to keep his shirt off while we waited. It’s now 3:40 and we still haven’t seen the doctor. If you get a referral here, ask to be referred elsewhere.
