He was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable having him proform the work. Richard definitely went above and beyond! I had great experience with Milton Auto Glass and helped me to replace cracked windshield swiftly. I phoned them and gave me best price plus Tammy helped me deal with my car insurance, which save me .next day it was done. Replaced in less than an hour, home service. Good work like original. Really recommended.!
I landed on Milton Auto Glass after doing my due diligence to shop around. First and foremost Tammy at the front desk was so helpful and likeable which made the experience completely pain-free. She took the time to look into insurance options, didn’t upsell, gave alternatives to bring the cost down and in the end I walked away feeling like the entire team went above and beyond. A fantastic, family owned business. Highly recommend for any windshield repair needs.
They are based in oakville so not a true milton based service. The quality of the repair was ok still quite the chip leftover. Next time I'll probably use a big name since insurance is paying for it, I feel like another shop would have replaced the windshield or at least recommended doing so. Was 3 stars updated to 2 after owners response Edit: since the owner decided to respond in a mocking manner I'll give a bit more info on this. I called and explained that my windshield was damaged and needed to be repaired under insurance. There was not going to be a cost to me as its covered under my policy. Even If I had to soak the cost of deductible milton auto glass claims to cover that on there website. The fact they had to fire back a couple hours after I left a fair review just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I would say just to avoid them.
I asked them on phone to change my windshield . I got it changed next day in half an hour. Great experience and perfect work. Well done guys I really appreciate it
Called Milton Atuo Glass (GZone), Tammy was amazing and took care of everything for me, dealt with my insurance company, set up my appointment and saved me A LOT of money! Thank you Tammy and the service crew that came right to my house a replaced my windshield right in my drive way!!!! One phone call and I was completely taken care of!! You guys are the best and I will completely recommend you to anyone:)
