After buying a handful of trailers from Bar T5, I’m appalled by their customer service. I called because someone stole one of my ramps on my 16ft car hauler, that was purchased from them. I emailed to see if they had any ramps or could order some for me. They send back and ask for the dimensions of the ramp. I didn’t have the trailer with me so I asked if they could look up the trailer for the part number. I also provided the year, length and brand of the trailer. They didn’t reply back. I contacted Mirage to get a part number. Mirage got back to me within a couple of hours. I sent another email with the part number and the link. No reply yet again. Then the week after I send another email asking if they got the last email and if they can get the ramps or if I should go elsewhere. No reply again. Thanks Bar T5 for the insanely terrible customer service. We bought a handful of trailers from you and never again. We will go elsewhere and I’ll never recommend you to anyone. In fact I will tell them my experience.
