Nice and tranquil place to visit, especially during covid 19. Hardly anyone was around and we just hiked all over the place. Some trails were closed but that didn't dampen the day. Bring binoculars, cameras and sunblock. Perhaps a bathing suit too as the water is absolutely clear. Plenty of wildlife to see as well so be on the lookout. Birds, frogs and snakes so far...

Worth the trip for the drive alone. I don't often get to this end of the county. Try the wine at Half Moon winery. I didn't find a trail but I think there is one. Anyways, there's a nice 1.5km or so walk to the bay and we saw a heron, some chipmunks, tons of frogs, and a few cormorants. Really pretty on the right day.

Short walk to the lighthouse - has different entry points and trails which were a little confusing and not so obvious in winter, we weren't sure where to stop on the dirt road (the dirt road was really bumpy). Only visited in winter but assume its nicer in the summer - cool view and lighthouse.
