This is the best smoked trout I have ever had (fresher than in the stores or local) and so delicious. Only thing that would make it better is smoked cheese to go with it. I have already recommended this to the owner at this location which is on our lake. Glen Burney Provision Co. has a store in Parry Sound that could partner with this new business perfectly and make a perfect match for any occasion. Maybe introduce some of their international crackers to with this wonderful smoked meat, K... just a suggestion.
