I love everything here, especially the Shwarma! Delivery times on the website are not always accurate and will usually arrive significantly earlier than estimated which is great. Can't complain and greatly recommend!

First time customer today. Ordered my food and was told 15-20 minutes. I arrived to pick up 10 minutes after calling and was told it'd be a few, no problem. They got my order wrong and said it'd be 7 minutes. It was a lot longer... I was late back to work.

Toppings are always in the excess, which for pizza is a very good thing. Here are some suggestions which really is needed is to bring the food up to date like other Milano's in our vicinity. We've lived here 20 years and very little has changed. We all need variety after two decades. Also the oil needs to be changed more frequently. French fries aren't normally black and fried chicken shouldn't be that dark. A bacon sub is NOT made with bacon bits. What about panzarotti's. In southern Ontario they do a fantastic one that can either be deep fried or baked. It is a huge seller down there. I'd go for one every week. Last thing. From some of the other reviewers it appears that some customer service training is very much needed. With Night Off Delivery in the area, everyone has a large selection of Pizza joints to order from.

Did a pick up order this evening. Food was Ready as promised 30 minutes later. Still hot when I got home and great tasting pizza. I found the price to be very reasonable for the quality of the food. I will definitely return.

Most recent experience has us leaving them for good. After sending us a pizza & wing combo 2 hours late, cold and missing ingredients. We were told they'd make it up with a free pizza. We called for the free pizza and ordered extras. They showed up with a 5 discount. Luckily we can get better pizza, better service and still keep it local.

The Equalizer

Food is always on point, the staff is nice and friendly. Big difference between a city located Milanos and this one. They care to listen to your order and not ignore you and bring the wrong food.
