Had two external hard drives we thought were unsalvageable until we took them to Mac and Kasia. They were not only able to recover all of our files, but put them onto a new drive for us! So thankful we didn't lose all of our data! Highly recommend.

I am not a current client of MiksMedia; however, I did have a problem this morning that I could not solve on my own and had called them to see if it was something that they could help me out with. It turns out that it wasn't, as it was a problem with the company that my website is currently hosted though, but Mac was able to give me some questions to bring back to our host and I was able to get my problem solved right away - and he did this all without charging me! Mac is easy to talk to, he spoke in a language that I could understand (rather than the lingo used by most computer people I have spoken to), and was really interested in helping me solve my problem even though it didn't really do anything to further his business. I am so happy with how this transaction unfolded that I am now talking with Mac about having him host my website and am looking in to having him perform other IT related tasks for me as well. 10/10, Mac! MiksMedia saved my computer and ultimately my business! Woke up to a corrupted hard drive making my computer not able to boot and worrying me that I could have lost many projects I had been working on. In the SAME DAY they were able to take my computer, replace my hard drive, and recover almost everything on it! All my projects were saved! And they delivered me the fixed computer the next morning.
