Therron and the service team are amazing. They went over and above to schedule a time that worked for us, they did everything they said they were going to do, they honoured the warranty without an issue and they fixed our hitch as an extra for us. We did not realize how important it was to set the hitch properly and it has made a huge difference in handling. It tows like a dream now. I cannot thank them enough, they are worth the drive to Vernon every time.
