I have two reviews, one for the experience centre in Vancouver and one for Miele's customer service line that you actually call when you inevitably have an issue. 1) Experience centre - is fine. Angelo is great, but the other two people working there were highly condescending. 2) Customer service line - terrible. I bought washer/dryer from Miele and it turns out that the Miele certified installers didn't hook up my drain hose to the drain pipe properly which caused a leak in my unit. I've been trying to get them to send someone out to properly install it for over a month, and I get a lot of \we will have someone call you back\ which they never do. I've called at least 5 times. What's the point of buying a premium product with their extended warranty if they have terrible service after the fact? Edit: I went from 1 star to 2 stars merely because once I actually got a hold of the installation team in Vancouver they were AWESOME! I want to give a big thank you to Jonathan and Jeremy who did a great job fixing the mess the original installers made. If only Miele hired all their employees of their same caliber then I wouldn't have had this issue in the first place.

Horrible customer service. We bought an entire Miele appliance package. They have sent over someone to fix our built in coffee maker multiple times and they never actually fix it. I took the day off to wait for the next maintenance person to come over, when they didn't show up, I CALLED Miele and the lady told me that the maintenance guy had a 'family issue' arise, which is fine, but your customers should be notified that Miele will not be coming. I now have to wait another month to have the coffee machine fixed. The lady hung up early so that I could not complete their over-the-phone survey. Spend your money elsewhere.
Provided practical and relevant advices; not pushy for anything or hardselling more expensive models. Friendly staff...
Lol what a joke of a customer support line. Had the rep hang up on me midway through the call. Save yourself the hassle and money and skip this brand. Edit changing review from 1star to 4. The CSR reached out and explained the issue. Due to covid all the reps are working via VPN and sometimes the connection is shoddy. Hopefully the service technician they send out can resolve my issues
