Lake association is run by a bunch of “Karens”. They make it impossible for tenants to get lake privileges. It’s not enough for the landlord to call and email authorization, or even a copy of lease. Too many hoops. Most of the time they give up! Most recent tenant has been trying all summer. I deeply regret investing in a home in midnapore. Should have chosen a different lake community.
Very nice office staff.
Such a clean, peaceful and very relaxing man made lake.
Reception was as cold as the weather outside. I get the feeling they don't like people.
