We spent 30 minutes x 2 with someone in \customer service\ to get my parents plan all set up. They needed to go into the store the next day to approve it and there was no record of the transaction. Absolutely a waste of time.
Just came from this store and the service was great! My mom has had some issues in the past but this last visit was a pleasant one. The gentleman who helped us, really made my mom feel comfortable with the service. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get her ew to her phone\ unlocked and set up. He got her apps sorted, contacts, pictures ect all moved over with ease. Definitely impressed this time around and will recommend to stop by this location. Thank you!
Perry, whom I have always found warm and welcoming, went above and beyond the other day. He saw me in my work uniform while waiting in line, while his customer was trying to remember a password for his apple product. He asked me what I needed help with (just putting a new card on my account) and called me over to quickly do what I needed. It allowed me to not be rushed going to work, made me feel like a valued customer, he focused both on myself and his other customer, and was an outstanding employee.10/10 love going to this Rogers all because of Perry.
