Sadly I didn't have a good experience with this company...... After several text messages to him where he started he would come look at my foundation but I had heard nothing......I sent this contractor a text this morning at 9 am asking if he had a chance to look at the house..... That I have the locates done and the building permit papers and he never responded......I asked him to look at it last week and he said he would but never did. After not hearing from him at all today..... I told him that I get it that he's not interested and I will look somewhere else for help and this is what he sent to me......., Hello.,I actually did have a look at it , but seeming how you are being extremely rude . Go and get someone else to do it. I am very busy as we are a reputable company and I am not sitting around on my phone all day waiting for phone calls and text messages to come in. I am booked months in advance right now as are most good contractors so if you can find someone to complete your work in a short notice then best of luck . Again I really don't appreciate the rude message you just sent . All I had ask for was a look at the foundation......I never gave a time frame and if he actually looked at it why didn't he tell me that? Since I am the one paying for the repairs I feel it is my right to at least some level of courtesy. I would never recommend this company.
