Unfortunately to rate this place I had to put a star but my Real Rating for GBGH is 0. The Doctors and Nurses are rude to the patients and condesending. In the course of 1.5 hours I asked twice when my doctor would be coming to give me my tests results because the nurse said at 7pm the test results were in and that my doctor would be there shortly, and the answer I got from one of the nurses was \Standing at the door wont make the doctor come any faster. You know there are people much worse off then you. Were in a global pandemic. Go in your room and sit down.\ Now I was already in my room, pacing around because I wasnt feeling well and needed to stretch out. I was also in that same room for about 5 hours or so, I know we all hate waiting but I couldnt believe it. When I refused to sit down because last time I checked I am a human with rights, she then called the doctor and said I had a bad attitude and how I wasnt sitting down. The doctor came into my room cornering me and told me he's busy and I cant be rude to staff. The way I was treated was with disrespect, like I was a nuisance instead of a patient. I did not feel safe, I did not feel taken care of. I had a panic attack due to the staff (the doctor and nurse) coming at me like I was causing so much trouble and havoc. But before that I did ask for an A.M.A form to leave and the nurse denied my request, she literally said no and that's what set me off. Also I received a call from my personal doctor today who told me I may have a cyst on my ovary but the doctor at the hospital said there was nothing wrong. (They took several tests and an ultrasound.) So really I'm rating the staff who made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was deffinately the worse experience I've ever had there.
