I wish I could say I was pleased with my recent experience at Allen's Home Hardware, usually the staff is excellent and are great to deal with. Ordered three doors, 2 slabs and 1 prehung. Was told by Tim, sales guy for doors and flooring, the prehung would take up to 3 weeks for delivery but the slabs would be delivered in one week which worked for my project. The slabs were needed right away and we were waiting on them to finish a pocket door install. Called and went into Allen's on the week of the slab delivery and was told they had not arrived by Tim. Went back today, 2 weeks after order date and found out that the slabs were sitting in Allens for the past week.
We are so very pleased to be living in our new home! The challenging task of building a home was made easy from beginning to end. All of the staff at Allen Homes offered their expertise to help us make the best decisions for us. It was great having Phil as the project manager to ease communication between ourselves, Allen's and the very professional subcontractors. This is a great place to do business and all the staff there are most friendly and helpful and store is always clean and tidy I like shopping there
I have been here a hand-full of times and each time i seem to have some difficulty. It seems as if some of the team members there think that they know more than the customer, I think they need to remember the sayig " The customer is always right"!
