June 20, 12:20 pm, Silver/grey coloured gravel truck and transfer #101 had loose gravel on west highway 1 between whatcom road and sumas, very large rock fell off truck hitting passenger side of my windshield causing it to completely shatter. I called mid valley gravel and explained what had happened and the guy just told me to beat it and that's road debris so not his problem. I just need to deal with IcBc. Well I know the truck drivers are responsible for making sure the truck is clear before going on the road. That rock from that truck could have killed someone with that size of rock which hit my windshield. They guy didn't even care.
