Awful experience. Michelle is the exclusive distributor for Para paints, but she does not know how to mix them. Different cans of the same colour yielded different shades. Our painter had to blend them all together to get consistency. We had to pressure her to come over to take a look and when she did, she changed her story several times in an attempt to explain the discrepancy. She never took responsibility and was quite argumentative and quite frankly, condescending. If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
I have dealt with Michelle Dupre Design on many occasions, and have found them to be friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
Horrible,horrible experience! I was set to purchase 900 worth of decor items when they accused me of shoplifting soap Soap of all things! Had difficulty getting my deposit back what a humiliating experience! Unforgivable Awful!!!
