Nice and quiet, has everything you need at easily accessible locations. Hand sanitizer is provided upon entering and there are safety measures in place when checking out with your items.

Michael's Okotoks Seems like all of the other Michael's I have been in. Plenty of holiday related items. A very clean store and very clean washroom. I was asked by several staff members if I needed help which I did not. Just looking around. Full Marks to the staff. Everyone was very nice and cheerful.

Very Quiet, we were able to find most of what we were looking for. Lots of people to help. Very clean and good service. This is definitely going to be the worst Christmas in many years for all.

It was an overall pleasant experience, my one gripe being that there is a section of the store that seems to be very much purposeless. However the overall quality of supplies is acceptional.

The weather has finally turned from warm fall days to the frigidity of winter, so what better time to work on some arts vs crafts. I begin this adventure with a search for some frames for several landscape type photographs I have printed at 16" x 20". The desired look I am hoping to achieve is a nice black frame around the size of 20" x 24" so that I would be able to mat the photos as well. Upon arriving at the framing department of the store I am warmly greeted by a young lady in a black mask inquiring if I need any assistance. Now I am no expert, not even an amateur when it comes to arts and the like, and accepted the help readily. I explained my conundrum to her and without even a moments hesitation she began to provide options and numerous solutions; options for customizing, budget options, frames that might do the trick without the matting etc. The determination she had to find a suitable frame for my photos rivalled my own and was very compelling to see. All in all, I am very appreciative of the expertise that has been demonstrated and the willingness to go above and beyond. Unfortunately I was not able to ask her name, but I am very thankful for all the help she provided to a very clueless customer.
