This place can be addictive. Helpful staff. Can usually find what I want but the acrylic craft paint section needs help- low stock, though this may be a manufacturer issue not the store.
Every cash is open and the line moves fast. That, to me, is excellent customer service.
Great selection and coupons. Only giving four stars because Line ups were so long I left.
Great deals, and always check out the coupon for the week. You can always get 40% or similar off certain items. Their Christmas clearance is always amazing.
Selection seems to be somewhat depleted on art supplies but did find ample product to satisfy my needs.

I love Michael's, I buy all my acrylic paints and canvas there. There is always a sale on at Michael's, crafts galore,everything to make your home have curb appeal. The employees are friendly ,courteous and very knowledgeable. There is also Handicap parking and handicap entrance.
