Maybe a little pricey but wait for the coupons and it takes that negative element away. Great selection for all your colouring, drawing, craft and scrap booking needs as well as ideas and materials I can’t even think of. Only thing I can suggest is a few more staff members so you’re not stuck wandering looking for one if you need help

Came to this location to drop off a package to Purolator. The attendant was so rude. She saw me waiting out in the cold and wind and just left me there until she felt like coming over. When she did finally come out she was decidedly unhelpful and told me my package needed to be fully closed before she could accept it. I asked if I could buy tape and she stated the would have to do that online... When I was at the door. She could have easily said I'll grab you some tape from our station seeing as it's tough times right now and all I needed was one piece. You can't tell me she didn't have tape somewhere accessible. The words "customer service" are sooo lost on many people in this industry. And kindness??? Obsolete. Again. She let me wait. Outside in the wind and cold. And then told me she couldn't help me. When she 100% could have. Frustrating and appalling behavior
Not rating the store as customer service was excellent at the store. But rating the company as only option for items out of stock anywhere in the region is to ship to your house with no option of free shipping no matter how much you spend. In this day in age Michael’s needs to get with the times and offer ship to store.
The store is a little cramped. When I went I was looking for spring decor, but it looked like they were still in the process of stocking shelves. So everything was messy and some shelves were empty. Unfortunately what I was looking for was not put out yet. Probably going to shop online next time
This is a good sized store. I got what I was looking for but could't find an associate on the floor to help me. Cash out was good, responsible and she sanitized the cash area after every customer.
Well stocked and organized craft store. Easier to find things here than other Michaels stores around. Stock is low in some items like all stores but overall you find what you're looking for. Helpful staff too
