I went in looking for some resin molds that showed were in stock online, but couldn't find them... I spoke with an employee, Cole, and they helped me look to no avail. Cole then went above and beyond to call Dartmouth Crossing to see if they had any available and to hold the item for me. Excellent customer service!!

The consultant I found was helpful and even brought up the coupon for me on their phone, as I was having trouble with mine :) and just like that, there was 50% off!!!! I just love the coupons we get, but when it's a 50% day, on and 81 item??? That is just pure magic! Even though I decided to wait on that purchase, I just couldnt go without mentioning the customer service and customer satisfaction that followed. Love it!
