I went Saturday morning at 9:30 am and I walked right in. Hardly any shoppers at all. Found exactly what I wanted. Aisles are organized and this place is very clean. When I was ready to check out, there was nobody in line, I walked right up and got to check out quickly. I always use the coupon button on my app and always get money off. Friendly cashiers. People are good at following the rules for Covid-19.

I love this store. I got so many beautiful ornaments for Christmas and other decoration pieces this year. I have been shopping here for sometime and I enjoy it. Store is always clean and organized.
Went to this location today. This store needs to really improve the customer service. we waited patiently in the super long line with 2 cashiers open. Fine this is the way of the world now that lines are long but I find it incredibly rude that the cashier answered the phone in the middle of my transaction. I’m trying to tell the guy hello hello I want to pay and he proceeded to get a piece of paper to start writing something down while on the phone and now completely ignoring a paying customer he was already helping. I understand you may be short staffed but how is that customer service to drop the customer standing in front of you that you were already helping to answer a phone call. Absolutely the rudest thing you can do. And this is not the first time this has happened to me at Michael’s. Your store really needs to find a new system for helping customers on the phone. Clearly you are asking way too much of your cashiers that have a hard enough time cashing out people in a timely manner. Do better !
I wish Michael's would allow this store hire more associate's. You can never find someone to help you and the lines are always long. Otherwise good store. Staff are helpful when you find one. Curb side was great.
This great wool is half price and i got 30% off the needles. I had to order more online. Quick shipping too
