The Management staff were very courteous and wonderful! I did not rate them 5/5 as the floor staff was very limited and not courteous. I had to do a couple rounds of the store before finding someone to help unlock a case where a product was stored. When I did finally find someone she was very haughty and very keen on showing me what an inconvenience I was for asking her to get something for me in which I had no access to. I completely understand if they are short staffed, but I did not deserve the attitude and answer I received from this particular staff member.

Sorry Michael's, wasn't expecting that from you. :( Needed a gift card for a friend's daughter so I was at the cash register to get one. They also had nice gift card tins and they were all 2.29 (plenty of red, black and I think white too) except the blue ones, two of them, having a big sign with 1.5. Since my friend's daughter loves blue of course I went for that. When paying I was charged the full price though. I mentioned the sale price to the girl at the register and she babbled something and left the price unchanged. I don't mind the difference in price as much as I mind the dishonest practice. Even if it would have been an error (really?) it would have been normal charge me that price and then fix the error. All stores are doing it - and if I'm not mistaken walmart for example actually gives you the product for free if the price is under 10. Very disappointing experience.
Staff was readily available for any help needed. Restrooms were clean. Although some products were missing price tags. My overall visit was really good. The wide variety of products was very fascinating. I felt prices were bit high than other stores.
Lots of floral inventory at this location. It's a good idea to sign up for thir emails. There are always promotions for various items available. If you sign up and give your phone number when you check out the coupons are automatically deducted. There are also discounts for age 55 and up, military and disability. Their framing services are really reasonably priced and there are often significant sales. I brought in an item to be framed and found a beautiful high end frame for 45% off.
My favourite craft store to come to! There is a LOT to choose from at this location. I went in to get beads and jewelry wire to make rings and bracelets. I found everything I needed except for a ring guage, although I didn't bother asking an employee. The cashiers are very sweet! My cashier answered any questions I had and applied a 10% off coupon without me needing to ask. Thank you so much!!
