If it was possible to I would give this 0 stars. Bought a washing machine from them, delivery was late by a day. The delivery men were supposed to take the old washing machine back, they looked really confused when I asked them to actually do what was paid for when the machine was bought. They said they would call their boss and be back in 5 min, but they just ended up leaving. So new washing machine was left in the living room... It's still there, been a week and no news from them.

Fortunately I didn't buy anything from them. The store is super dirty. The seller would take off his mask while talking right in front of our faces!! The other seller was also coughing without wearing any masks!! We ran away

I want give them 0 , I bought a washer and a dryer, then the washer doesn’t work at all , I called them every day, they never answer the phone , and I sent the email to them , they said they will send me another one , but , they disappeared, I went to there , they promised they will send it next day , then they disappeared again! After you paid the money they will do nothing for you !and the delivery guy destroyed my washer machine hoses,he said he will give me a new one the second day , but they disappeared.. I spent 800 got a bad washer and dryer, And I have to buy these new hoses .... I want to know , has anyone sued them ?we could sue them together!

Bad service. Very bad customer service. Never returned phone calls. Also, always telling us they would come to pickup the merchandise for the past few days but they never did. They keep telling us that they were going to show up by the end of the day. Never did and never will. BAD SERVICE. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP.

Litterally the worst people I have ever dealt with , apart from one client I had years ago. Pure contempt for the client,2weeks late on delivery, bullied my girlfriend into paying before she could plug the machine in, then when we plugged it in, it didnt work, dont answer calls or texts. I'll sue them, but by the time it gets to court they will have changed company names. I feel sorry for their mothers

I brought a used fridge from these guys for 287 with tax. After a full week, It has never been delivered. I've called them many times and they always say it will be there tonight or the next evening. This caused me to come home right after work every night and wait for a delivery that never comes. At this point, I don't think I will ever get my fridge from them. They Essential stole money from me and caused me many hours of inconvenience. They get angry and dismissive when I call them. After my experience, and reading the reviews from others, I think this place is a big scam. They obviously only care about getting your cash. Please NEVER SHOP HERE!! I will delete this review if I actually get my fridge that I paid for.

Don't buy these appliances, worst customer service: called 3 times and they mentioned they would come at my place to check the appliances, they never did. Our fridge is leaking, our dryer burns our clothes because it's way too hot, and the washing machine spins like there's no tomorrow. Horrible experience.
