Had a door installed by Metro 4 years ago. Original installer mentioned door was small for rough opening but installed anyway. Fast forward two years to find water in my basement under the door they installed. They sent out a technician on several occasions and the fix was always add more caulk which never did fix the issue. This week they removed the door and installed it very poorly with large gaps, sloppy caulking and damage to the brick mould. Their response is they will send someone out to fix the caulking again. If you want quality work look elsewhere. I added photos of their work/damage to my home on their Facebook page.

Awesome customer service, I ordered a window for my son's bedroom, in the mean time learned my job was transferring me and had to put the house for sale, they did everything they could to accelerate the process so I could get my window sooner to finish my window replacement before listing my house. Big shout out to the team, we had a large window replacement job done on the front of our house consisting of 10 Large windows, can't say enough about this group. Very professional job, beautiful work and cleaned up after everyday, it was a job that took about 3 weeks. This team knows their stuff. Highly recommend them, 5 stars gang!

Great work by everyone at Metro! I had all my windows replaced and two windows added in the basement. Blair and Randy did a great job installing, and Peter and Marlie took care of administrative details. If I get doors done in the future, I'll be contacting them.

The installation of our doors by Randy French and Blair Gouchie was done professionally and quickly. I have never seen craftsmen who paid such close attention to detail ensuring our door were perfect.Job well done guys...thank you. The communication with the office was another story. I was never able to reach a person on my initial call. They were slow to return my calls.

Very informative free in home assessment by Sales (Peter Kelly), much better than their competitor. Install team of three were all professional, quick and detailed. I've had experienced visitors in my house commenting on how good of a job they did. Small error on my bill but gave no trouble at all and fixed it right away. Paid exactly what I was quoted for. I have some other older windows to replace in the future and will probably use Metro for those as well!
