Pathetic Company. Not once have they kept their word. Brand new house and its falling apart before my eyes in the first year of owning. They say they will come in and fix items in the one year warranty and then make an appointment with you and no one shows up. Repeatedly. It's beyond frustrating. So here I am fixing everything myself. Which is fine. But don't give these guys your money. Grossly inadequate management and just deceitful to the bitter end.
I have been in my home for one year today, Mountainview Estates. We are still waiting fir completion and have sent numerous texts, emails, and phone calls, they ignore you and just don’t respond. They did finally fix my counters which took 10 months. We had no walk through the below photos are from when we moved in, no cleaners, nothing! We have spent hours cleaning fixing etc just to make it livable. Our kitchen cupboards were primed only, crooked and when we questioned the shoddy cupboards Broc’s reply ... “that’s the way they come!” When pressed for dates and times to have other repairs Broc’s reply... “read your contract! “ and he turned and walked away, they say your yelling, well after 6 weeks of emails, texts going ignored yeah, I’m upset fir sure. It too my husband and I two weeks to repair/paint our kitchen cupboards. When my husband told Greg the corner one was crooked and needed to be straightened... Greg said “well can you fix it?” My husband said I guess I could, Greg took out his wallet put a hundred dollar bill on the counter and said “you do it” I could go on and on but I would need to write a book, as they say a picture is worth a thousand words and I would put pictures but this site does not have that ability. I did put pics on their Facebook reviews. If you deal with this company hold back at least 30% your going to need it. actually my star rating is too high in my opinion but they also don’t have the option of -5
Unprofessional don't live up to what they say. 2- years in still trying to get problems fixed from the day we moved in. They are no longer rated by the BBB, or manufactured homes ASN. They should be rated less than 0. Shouldn't be in business. Take advantage of seniors and disabled who can't afford to fix their homes because the business won't. It is almost 3 years now and so many issues with this house. He won't take your call if he does he says what you want to hear and nothing is done. This is so unacceptable for any business and to take advantage of us. When you are dealing with 200k or more for a home you expect new not falling apart.
Back in 2018 we put down a huge deposit and I specifically asked if we don't sell our place can we get our money back. Got told yes we'd get our money back but they may hold 1000,00. We said fine, house never sold but it was like extracting teeth from a lion to get our money back. It took threatening to take them to small claims court, but we finally got it all back. But if took just over 3 1/2 months of constant phone calls
