THE WORST COMPANY EVER . I had made a payment which didn’t go towards my debt and said it was used for interest not even letting me know there was interest. They are scammers , told me a owe a certain amount but when I called Fido they said I owe a lower amount. I called and the lady surbhi just hangs up the phone on you . They are very unprofessional .

Calling me many times each day as well as texts now when I’ve never even looked into the company to use. I don’t even have credit cards and have never taken a loan yet am still harassed daily by them asking for payments. Scam company stay away
To get them to stop contacting you, send them a letter telling them you do not want to receive contact any longer. Pursuant to the Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act, RSO 1990, c. C.14, (Ontario) they MUST STOP contacting you once you have told them to in writing. If they want to pursue it they must take it to the legal system, however, usually these collectors buy their debts from companies and then continue to make misrepresentations by stating that they are receiving instructions from their client, when that is in fact not the case. Know your rights! Reply: You fancy yourselves something different from any other irresponsible collection agency, but the reality is, you're not. I don't avoid my financial obligations and have no debt with you, so, respectfully, give your head a shake.
They keep updating to transunion... I've had this loan 5 plus years and apparently it was opened September 2020 , I believe this is fraud . I'm going to be contacting transunion and put in a complaint.. and yes I know you update but you are claiming I opened this loan in September ? Makes zero sense it just stays there .. this is the 3rd time now apparently that this claim was opened this year lmao and I've only been watching a year. YES absolutely you are harassing people.. calling 5-10 times a day ? My blocked list is HUGE with this company keep calling, I keep blocking. Feel free to explain what I'm missing? How was this opened in September but I stopped paying this loan at least 5 yrs ago ?
