Pete, Chris & Kevin were fantastic to deal with through the entire process of sourcing material to build the multi-faceted ice hockey training aid (pictured) for my students. From clear and concise direction about store hours and pick-up details during a pandemic lockdown, to the perfect materials, cut exactly to my specs, along with efficient and friendly pick up of those materials, this team knocked it out of the park with service and quality for someone placing such a small order.

Unhelpful bored staff. Called in advance to ask if they were open. Guy on the phone said yes, come on by. Showed up to the front door with the piece i was trying to duplicate. And the door was locked. Guy on the phone sounded very irritated, told me that they aren't doing any measurements \or any of that\ said i need to measure my own pieces and place the order over the phone. Sounded very bored and irritated. For a place that is focusing on the retail customer, they seem to actively dispise their customers

I just stopped in to this store today to modify my metal cutting wheel. They had everything I needed for my project and they were super helpful. The guy at the counter help me figure out how we were going to do it and he cut the metal and I'm off to make money! Store for any type of metal you need cut for you! Thanks guys
