I had a piece of stainless steel plate cut to my specifications and received it with burs on all edges, scratches all over the material ( which I was notified of ) writing in permanent marker, not cleaned or an attempt to wipe it down. Staff are friendly however care and workmanship is poor. Company was told this was going into a kitchen. Only solution offered was to return it. For the price that was paid for the material expected more from this company.

Fast friendly service and good prices.
Staff was not helpful as I showed up late afternoon and they were more interested in finishing their day then help a customer. Will continue to use Automatic Steel and tool as prices are better and customer service is much better. Lost a customer in me
