Literally the exact opposite of what the review below me is. I live in a brand new complex with all metagenics equipment. We've had nothing but problems /break downs and maintenance issues with almost all the equipment multiple occasions. Some of the lowest quality stuff I've ever used. I even had to get a membership to Anytime Fitness because of how disappointing the equipment is. Response to owner - I would suggest you ask the owners/tenants at Kensington gardens what they think. I mean no disrespect but we were locked into a lease with your company from the developer with no choice. I’m a gym rat myself and I’m sorry to have to say this but no your equipment is sub-par. We’ve had non stop issues with the treadmills from the beginning. The machines have needed fixing more than once. This is a brand new complex this shouldn’t be happening. The owners are actively looking for a way out of the lease because it costs more to lease this equipment than to buy good quality equipment. Anyways again no disrespect.

Not only the equipment is great, but the knowledge and service they gave us is excellent.
We have this equipment in our building and this is the poorest gym equipment I have ever used . Quality is terrible it keeps on breaking . The cable machine are so stiff and hard to work out with . One cable snapped as I was using one of the machine the other day because of the poor quality and and no regular maintenance. Overall cable machine are the worst and treadmill machine are making crazy noises and works on and off . I have been working out for close to 20 years in multiple different gym worldwide and this is by far the cheapest looking equipment i have seen . I would stay away from any of this equipment. We are stuck in a lease that the developer signed and want out !
sells high quality treadmills and everything designed for commercial use or home. They are so nice and helpful not to mention they gave me a Great DEAL! thanks
