Ditto to the negative reviews above. 1. One time I got an argon cylinder that was half filled at 1000psi. I called them and could not get anything out of them. Next time I came to exchange the bottle, I was adamant that they put a gauge on to make sure it’s full - had to speak to the manager to get them to do it - that was 1/2 hour wasted 2. Zero customer service. The only answer I got from them when asking for information about any product has been “I don’t know” 3. Arrived on Friday afternoon at 4:30 to exchange argon cylinder (they close at 5 as I’ve known) to find out that they are already closed. Called head office only to find out that head office didn’t even know why they are closed. Monday will be the holiday meaning I won’t be able to continue my project until Tuesday. 4. Bought a tig welder from them and one of the person there recommended I buy the small cylinder of argon gas (300 for the cylinder) - fast forward a couple month to find out that the small cylinder gas ran out too quickly and I had to constantly refill. I ask if they will take back the cylinder so I can move to renting bigger cylinder. Answer was a big NO. It’s convenient that they are around the corner from me but it’s too bad

These guys sold me an empty argon cylinder, then when I had to drive back to return it, they refused to give me a refund. Not to mention the exchange was way overpriced. Will not be returning.

Zero Support. I find it frustrating that every time we need support with any of our welding equipment we are passed off to a service person who doesn't have any interest in helping us either.
