We hired Mersey to upgrade the furnace and cleaned the ducts at our townhouse last October. They were very professional from our very first interaction right up until everything was installed and completed. Throughout the process, the customer service agents we dealt with on the phone were always very helpful and have always listened to us whenever we reach out with a question or clarification. We recently found out that the thermostat we installed is not compatible with the furnace (despite having checked with them prior to purchasing) resulting in a higher utility bill. We called Mersey and they sent a technician to check the furnace within less than 24 hours. The technician (Zhao) worked it out so that we could get a new and compatible thermostat installed free of charge. Overall, we are very happy with the services we received and the professionalism exhibited by the company. Thank you and bravo, Mersey!

Just had a new Lennox Elite two stage furnace and air conditioner installed today. This was a deal through Costco. Good discounts and a competitive price, not the lowest, but the service and the overall install and product where excellent.
