Place has some really nice rugs, but the staff was just rude. Couldn't take a picture to show my parents of the rug, didn't want to write down the name of the rug, and when I explained to I needed something to show my parents, or pictures to see if I'd go with the new living room (recently renovated), he didn't want to listen and kicked me out. Again, some good rugs, but terrible service.

Merinos is a great shop with tons of wonderful rugs and carpets. Service is expectional!! When you go there, look for Naveed and your experience will be fantastic.
We had pretty good experience here. First of all people that are calling them rude, I would say that sales person is blunt not rude. Yes, may be he can be more diplomatic with words as a salesman. Anyhow, we purchased a rug and I called back a week later with a quality issue and Navid was very professional and was not trying to ignore my concern. He asked me to give it some time and vacuum few times. Eventually our rug was swapped with a different one and throughout the process he was very helpful. I will definitely go back to this place whenever I need a rug.
We purchased an 800 rug there and had an extremely helpful salesman. He told us that they clean rugs for approximately 2 per square foot so my wife took the rug we replaced few days after our purchase. Another salesman was present that day and he wanted to charge my wife over 5 per square foot. When my wife explained that his price was incorrect the salesman became rude and told my wife to take the carpet and leave. He had already loaded the carpet into his van and expected my wife to move it to her van without assistance. In the end she had to struggle with the carpet to get it back in her van. Basically this was such a negative and disrespectful event that we cannot ever recommend Merinos nor will we ever go back.
