Nidhi is fantastic! We invited her over two times already for a cooking class with a group of friends (about 9 people each time). Her recipes are rich in spices and flavors, with fresh and authentic ingredients. The food was amazingly delicious!! Nidhi is very organized and brings all the equipment she needs to cook along. We learned so much by just watching her, but she also gave us ample opportunity to get our fingers and aprons dirty. It is a beautifully enriching and tasty way to spend the evening with friends! Thank you so much, Nidhi, for sharing all your cuisinaire wisdom! We are looking forward to seeing you again soon!
