Took both my kitties to get spayed- very reasonable pricing and was able to get me in within a week! Other places I called it was months to get an appointment. After they were done I brought my doggie to get some dental work, again super reasonable for having 29 teeth removed!! Would definitely recommend!!

Exactly, to the day, one week ago, I emailed this business a high quality photo of a condition one of my dogs is suffering from. Someone called to schedule an appointment and I stopped her and replied I’m looking for advice on what to treat with as it is a condition I encountered before with another of my dogs. This same person took a message and said she would have the vet call me. Hello, Mercy animal hospital....still waiting on that call, from the vet! This is sounding more than ever like a play for . NO appointment charging , NO service. It’s nice to know my initial impression wasn’t wrong. If you need professionals who care for your pet’s well-being, MERCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL is NOT the place you want to take them. MERCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL....shout out to you and ALL OTHER VET CLINICS that are in it for the , this is noticed by those of us who have medical training and treat our pets as family! You’ve just been put on WARNING! How you respond will determine whether treatment continues, at your facility! 22 Aug 2020 UPDATE....still waiting on a call from Mercy Animal Hospital! I guess NO , NO service. Good news, my dog recovered WITHOUT any intervention on the part of MAH. My initial assumptions are starting to be validated. A short time ago, my other dog was taken to Mercy, (I’d like to point out, NOT BY ME). I would NEVER entrust the care of my pets to their greed and unprofessionalism. 500 later, I get a bandage and some analgesics that are almost the same size as the dogs mouth. Wow, does greed know no boundaries? My question is were they re-purposed human or horse medication or is it a case of one-size-fits-all? Quality care huh? The veterinary industry, NOT unlike the human medical industry, has fallen prey to greed and corruption, basic highway robbery, and there is nothing we can do as they are collectively part of the same system! My recommendation, treat pets at home with home remedies as much as is possible! LETS COLLECTIVELY SEND A MESSAGE!

Really not a good experience for me. I have a total of 5 bounced calls trying to get through to them. I was told I'd be getting an update at 9pm (my dog stayed overnight) and nothing came. I called around 855pm as they were nearly closed and I was sent to some third party answering business that took down my name, phone number, and name of animal, for an answering service. They never called back. My only contact was the next morning when I called myself to get an update. I was told the doctor just got in and would call me shortly. 5 and a half hours go by and I decide to call myself. That's when nobody answered the phone for 5 calls. Terrible service, I hope my dog was at least taken care of.

Amazing staff great location and during a time so hard a huge shout out to the veterinarians and technicians for making it possible to have a family pet looked after. I was delighted to find a place that was willing to take care of my family pet. Excellent and fair prices and following all COVID-19 guidelines. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a vet whether it be now or later keep this location on your top vet list! Thank you all for being so kind to me and my bestie stay safe! ALSO...this location deals with alot of animal rescues. Currently for ten dollars you can purchase a bowl and all the proceeds go to Little cats lost. I believe the retail is almost forty dollars i bought two and honestly the best scooping bowl ever and finally one my dog can't pick up! Ask their staff.

This is my third time visiting them and let me tell you, Dr. Nash is wonderful. He is so understanding and kind on the phone with you. My cat has been sick over the last month and Dr. Nash has been so kind to him and helping him get better! The staff on the phone are also SO KIND and will listen to me ramble on. They are very upfront about prices and do not hide anything. I do wish we could talk to Dr. Nash first before examining your pet instead of explaining everything to the vet tech over the phone. Can be like playing telephone. Miscommunications can happen. I understand this is how it is during COVID. Thank you for all your help!

When we took out cat, Lulu, to Mercy Animal Hospital, she was already sick as we had been back and forth to another vet already a couple of times. It was Thanksgiving week end and Lulu had taken a turn for the worse and Mercy Hospital was the only place that would take her in. We called several other vets and because of her condition, staffing, etc, no one would even look at her. The name "Mercy Animal Hospital" rings so true and they were the only ones willing to care for Lulu. When we arrived, Dr. Nash came in immediately, took one look at her and told us that we needed to do emergency surgery. He was quick yet thorough and the staff members were very kind. Everyone was extremely compassionate and they are so reasonably priced compared to other vets. They truly care for the animals that are brought there and they do not try to gouge your pockets. I can't thank everyone at Mercy Animal Hospital enough for showing us kindness, compassion and desire to want to help our kitty. They tried their best.
