Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to get an estimate for decorative rocks for my pool but the person responsible wasn't available and was asked to call back. Called back a few days later and the persone responsible refused to give me an estimate. His excuse was that he didn't want it to fall back on him if ever there too much or too little. And I said, well that's why they call it an estimate so I (the customer) can have an idea of what I need to make I decision and he still refuses to help. I'm only giving 1 star because it's the lowest rating available.
