Very happy with my purchase, dealt with Ahmed - such a nice and genuine guy, also Mariam, the financing director - very professional and easy going, made everything nice and simple. They were also nice enough to throw in winter tires for free and fix some scratches on the car. All of the stuff went above and beyond not to just sell me a car, but provide me with a car sale experience. Appreciate that. And finally had to deal with Marie Maude when I took possession of the car - she was simply wonderful. Thank you all A

As a recent buyer of a Mercedes car, I was amazed to find out a UPS driver knocking on my door on Dec 31st to hand me a very nice gift from Mercedes. Such class! I am a regular buyer of high end cars such as Volvo, BMW, etc. And no other car maker ever offered such a nice gift. Long live Mercedes and the Taschereau team !!! Happy New Year 2021.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!! I've had my c43 amg for 2 years now and it been nothing but trouble. I've had a recall, GPS screen stopped working, memory seats/steering wheel wouldn't reajust back to my original position, engine would only start after then 3rd try in winter, car door wouldn't lock/unlock keylessly, driver side rear view mirror wouldn't reopen when engine starts. All of this I put up with throughout the years but it's not what tipped me over. It was when I got my car back from them after my last fix. There was a MASSIVE S shaped scratch all along my hood, one you would imagine been done by someone who either washed it or dried it later with a towel. They had the audacity to deny everything and say it was obviously done with a key. Not trusting them at all, I bought the car to be inspected by my insurance company who disagrees with Mercedes, told me it's impossible it was done by a key because if it was, the scratches would of been much deeper. So I confronted the manager about this again, and he still denies it, saying he spoke with the person who washed the car and he claims he was so surprised when he saw those scratches after he dried it he went out looking for his coworker to tell other about it. (why would you be surprised to see scratches on the car when you have nothing to do with it right? like I have other defaults on the car, why didn't he mention those to others to clear his name). Either way, mercedes body shop supervisor also admit it must of been done while someone was washing it, just they don't want to fix it

Unfortunate experience. The sales manager Mario is TO BE AVOIDED at all costs. Rude, nonchalant, and completely disrespectful. The team needs a class on etiquette. Have received greater attention to detail at low-end car dealers that make 1/20th of the commission these jokers make.
