I went to Mercedes-Benz in Langley to look at the AMG C43. Dave from Sales, greeted us and showed us exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Not only did he assist with the test drive and purchase, but his after care is outstanding. Dave doesn’t stop his care after the sale is complete. Whenever I contact Mercedes-Benz in Langley for anything at all, the call starts with Dave. He takes such good care of his customers, even after the deal is done! Thanks Dave.

I did not expect this from a Mercedes dealer. I called the parts department as I wanted to buy wiper blades for my car. Over the phone I was told the wiper blades were 84.85 and since I was buying the parts on my brothers shop name, I will be given 15% off. I went to pick up the wiper blades thing my cost would be around around 72 plus taxes. I was completely wrong. When I got there I was told that the cost was 84.85 plus taxes after the discounts. I questioned the person but he denied quoting me 84.85. I paid and I left. But I had a feeling that something was not right. I called another dealer and they confirmed the list price was 84.85. When I went to get the refund, the guy did give me the refund because he knew he had intentionally bumped up the price and charged me the same list price. If you don't want to offer discounts, then don't. At least don't make fool of other people. I hope they are not doing this with everyone. Please check the price with other dealers before committing to buy anything from Langley Mercedes.

I walked in to Mercedes Benz Langley to look at some Sprinter vans and was approached by Phil who happened to be an expert in cargo vans. He was very patient and super helpful when it came down to getting the perfect van for work. I was in a bit of a rush and he made sure to get the process done within 1 day!! I was very happy with the service I received and Phil is definitely the guy to go to for all of your needs! He is very informative and makes sure you won’t be disappointed. Just purchased a new Mercedes 3500 high roof sprinter van. The sales rep Phillip Priebe was very helpful throughout the purchase process and the van was perfectly detailed and ready for my pickup in front of the dealership. The business agent Debbie was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and clearly outlined the various options and coverages. It was a pleasure dealing with such friendly and professional people. Even the insurance agent they called in for this could not have been better. Well done Mercedes Langley!
