Excellent. We went to see a car that we saw and we met and he was very welcoming and professional, patient and understanding. He showed the car we went to see, but we decided to take a different one. He gave us best option and deal. Since we were coming from outside of Kitchener so we had to come back an other day to finish the process and we were late because of the condition of the road back in the December just before Christmas. Peter and the manager waited for us patiently. We are very pleased with our purchase and it's amazing. We will recommend your place to anyone. Thank you for service.

The best Mercedes dealership in all Ontario. I drove from Brampton to this location to find my new car. Robyn helped me with choosing the right option between lease and finance. I had been to numerous dealership before coming here and I realized most of the dealerships charge you all sort of non-sense fees, this dealership is so transparent with all the charges and cost associated with the purchase. I also wanna thank Anamarija for making the whole process smooth and convenient. 5 stars.

I will give the dealership up to two stars as the staff is very friendly and I love my car that I purchased there over a month ago. However, issues started with the salesman promising to fix a deep scrape in the bumper if I agreed to buy the car. It was not fixed when I picked it up and the sales person told me it wasn't fixed because they decided it wasn't a safety concern. After speaking with the sales manager, a new front bumper was ordered to fix the issue. One month later I dropped off my car for the installation of the new bumper. I was given a loaner. The loaner seemed to be getting a-lot of attention from other drivers on the road, so I decided to pull over and take a look. The car didn't have any licence plates on it. I am now 30km away from the dealership driving the car they gave me with no licence plates. The situation was brushed off and not taken seriously. In the end, my car's repair was done well and everyone was friendly, but some of these things are just unacceptable especially when dealing with a company like Mercedes Benz.
