I went in last week to order a birthday cake for pick up today. I went in this morning and after a few minutes of searching they couldn’t find my order. Apparently, my order had been filed under the future orders. Their solution? Offer me a frozen cake. The girl said to me if you just leave it out it will be fine. That’s not what I wanted or what I ordered. If I wanted a frozen cake I would have gone to any grocery store. Admittedly, they did offer to make one for me but I couldn’t wait until they made me a new especially since I ordered it a week in advance. Seriously disappointed! We have been customers for a very long time but I will never go back. They were completely unapologetic for their mistake. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Mercato made a beautiful cake for my daughter's christening. Not only was it gorgeous but every single one of our guests was wowed by the flavour. We couldn't be happier. If you have a special occasion you cannot go wrong by ordering from Mercato. Personally, I highly recommend the lemon raspberry...amazing!

Picked up a freshly baked pistachio cake for a birthday party and it was divine! Will definitely be going back to try their pastries and freshly baked breads. Cake was a little on pricy end, but it was totally worth it! Sooo good!

Traditional Italian bakery. We stopped off after a hike at Albion Hills for delicious hot chicken sandwich and donuts. Bakery, deli, cheeses, meats and Italian delicacies.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot food is tasty homemade Italian style food. Dessert is beautiful to look at and delicious. Great selection of fresh baked bread.
