My daughter and I visited this Whitby location today. It was my first time in any Menchies and I thought there weren't going to be vegan options for myself. I was wrong! The women working there was beyond attentive and even pulled out the ingredient lists to make sure I knew what all my options were. On top of the excellent service we received, my cup was delicious and ill definitely be back.

Menchie’s Whitby always has the best flavours out of all the locations near by. We visited today for the first time in months, during the pandemic. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and how well planned out it was to keep everyone safe. I would recommended this location even if it’s out of your way. Also felt very safe having my son there as well. Thank you for the great experience!
Beats any place for frozen desserts. I come here and only here. The staff is so kind, the place is impeccably clean and there's always a variety of items to choose from, from flavours to toppings. Love this place!
