Bought a 2018 F150 through Fred and couldn't have asked for a better person to buy from. Before coming to the Melville dealership I went to some ford dealers in Regina and Saskatoon, but none could hold a match to what this dealership does for service and options for your vehicle. Really go out of their way to make these trucks equipped for Saskatchewan weather and roads which is something that I really appreciate. Again, Fred is a great guy to deal with at this place and he will have more of my business in the future. 5 stars.

Long story short, save yourself the massive headache and avoid these guys. Shady salesmen that are taking cheap shots, paired with a service department that doesn't know their rear end from a hole in the ground then you mix in an incompetent general manager adds up to a wallet emptying headache. Ford makes a great vehicle but these guys are a stain on the brand. Save yourself the trouble and make the trip to Regina, Saskatoon or any of the other Ford dealers in this province. You'll be happy you did.
I have purchased three vehicles from the excellent sales staff at Future Ford. In each case they went above and beyond to get me the right vehicle at the right price. The service staff is top notch, solving all my issues in a fast and friendly manner every time. The perfect combination of the level of service you would expect in a large city dealership, with the comforting feeling that they know my name when I walk in the door. I highly recommend Melville Future Ford!
Definitely made purchasing a vehicle stress-free. I dealt with Richard. My husband has purchased vehicles from him in the past, but this is the first Ford vehicle I have ever owned. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and very down-to-earth. We shared a lot of laughs, but most importantly he listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. He allowed me to take the vehicle out on my own after our initial test drive. As I drive gravel every day he also told me to take the vehicle out to see how it would handle on the gravel. At the end of the test drive I knew I had found the vehicle I wanted. I then dealt with Steve, the Sales Manager. Steve is very personable and once again I was treated very well. He told me about the 3M protection package that is available and found me a set of winter tires and rims I know I will be very pleased with. Debbie had all the paperwork ready for me to sign once a deal was struck. Overall I was treated exceptionally well and I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family who are looking to purchase a vehicle.
Love the Service at Melville Future Ford. Layne Ward is a very knowledgeable person and so is the rest of the service department. in the big city the service departments try and get you to do things that don't need to be done just to get work through the door. the Service department at Melville are honest and will tell you actually whats wrong, and not try and scam you into repairing something that isn't even broken.
