Great dessert place located on Spadina! Fantastic menu choices and very comfortable and clean seating. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu.

I'll start off by saying that this sweets and desserts place is not for everyone. What they offer - freshly prepared traditional Taiwanese desserts - is something different from most other sweets places. For those that have a sweet tooth and are expecting to have something really cold and sweet to give that sugar rush, this is not the place for you. This place is however unique compared to the rest in that they offer fruits, beans, taro, and grass jelly to name just a few in its menu items. Setting wise it is neat and tidy. Place is spacious, actually a little too spacious even. It is order by counter here so you would have to walk all the way across the narrow hall to place an order.
My order is number #3661 at 04:54Pm. I'm going to walk in for my dessert. The young skinny Guy's take and do for my order. But his attitude was not friendly to customers. And one of my order don't want ice but he still put it wrong. Idk he is unforced in his job or what. Even the company had promo "Win Card" for every 15 spent among my order was 32 s.th. Whatever, I'm not happy!
An alright place for its relatively high prices. The taro is soft, sweet and amazing. But that's how much taro you get for the amount of ice and condensed milk. Don't expect exception, because all the meet freshers I've been to are like this. I drank all the almond soup to see how much ingredient they put in this big bowl. Great.. Just 6 taro balls. They could be a bit more generous on their ingredient portion, the stuff is not expensive, but a price of 8.7 plus taxes for a ton of soup and little stuff is a bit sad for me. The soup is delicious though, can't go wrong with almond and sugar.

Spacious and good hangout place. Lots of desserts to choose from snack size, drinks and bowls. Think I’ll stick with the signature dishes though. The hot bowl grass jelly wasn’t as good as the others.
The most horrible milk tea I bought in GTA. Not only why the milk tea has to be made with ice, if the owner want to save milk tea to get more profit，that’s ok I understand.Can you tell me why my fking ice milk tea has this damaged? I never ever have this situation. The time when I visit is 6:20PM 26 Sep. If this awful Meet Trash has a manager on duty,this employee should not be hired. The milk tea taste like tap water mix with milk tea powder btw.
